DOMESTIC: Shipping Methods to Addresses Within the United States

Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before Standard shipments leave the warehouse. Products shipped by third-party vendors take an additional 2-3 business days. Backordered products are subject to additional delay. There are no weekend or holiday deliveries. FedEx shipments require a street address as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box address is provided, the shipment will be sent via USPS.

Please note: All payments are charged in U.S. dollars. The AICPA Store does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside the U.S. The customer is responsible for paying any customs, duties, or local taxes that may apply. Some products cannot be shipped outside the United States.

New Product/Low Inventory/Backorder Warnings
Some products may not be available for shipping at the time of order. A message on each product page alerts you of the product's availability. If the AICPA cannot ship your complete order, the AICPA will ship all available products and backorder the balance. Shipments will be made as soon as backordered products are available and in stock, or it will be fulfilled with the newest edition of that product if the old edition is no longer available. You may cancel a backordered product by contacting the service center at 888.777.7077 or service@aicpa.org, 9am-6pm ET, Monday-Friday.

AICPA Return and Cancellation Policy

Before you return any item(s), you must contact the service center at 888.777.7077 or service@aicpa.org, 9am-6pm ET, Monday-Friday. All products should be returned in an insured and traceable manner.

Product Cancellations/Refunds

  • CPE Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for online CPE subscription products, which includes CPExpress and Annual Webcast Pass.
  • Non-CPE Subscriptions: Full refunds may be issued for non-CPE subscriptions, such as magazines and newsletters, within 30 days of purchase date. Products within the Online Professional Library may receive a full refund within 10 days of purchase.
  • Non-Subscription CPE Products: Individual, online courses may receive refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied; however, no refund will be issued for CPE courses if there is a certificate of completion in transcripts.
  • Hard Goods: You may return any hard goods within 30 days of shipping date for a full refund for the price of the item, provided the product is in saleable condition; orders of 10 units or more are not eligible for this return policy.
  • eBooks: Full refunds for all eBook products will be issued for requests received within 10 days of purchase.
  • Downloadable or PDF Products: All downloadable or PDF products are non-refundable.
  • On-Site Conferences: You may cancel without penalty if written cancellation requests are received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.
  • Online Conference: You may cancel and receive a refund if cancellation request is received up to and including 15 days prior to the start of the conference. You can cancel and receive a 100% credit if your registration is canceled within 7 days of the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a 60% credit will be issued for requests received up to the day prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the online conference begins.
  • Webcasts: Refunds, less 50% administrative fee, will be issued if cancellation requests are received up to a day prior to Web Event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received during the Web Event or after the Web Event completion. For Annual Webcast Pass, please refer to the CPE Subscriptions policy.

AICPA Product Replacement Policy
AICPA will replace any damaged products free of charge within 60 days of shipment.

GSA Schedule Contract
The AICPA is a GSA Schedule Contract holder. You can cut through the red tape and quickly and easily order AICPA products following the guidelines of FAR 8.4. Greater ease of ordering through GSA Advantage! (GSA’s online ordering system) and Blanket Purchase Agreements will help satisfy your needs quickly and in a timely manner.

The GSA schedule contract is available for use by executive departments of the federal government and other federal agencies and organizations under authority of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended. Resolution of Disputes
Transactions at this site are covered by binding arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site that cannot be settled to your satisfaction by our member satisfaction team shall be settled by arbitration in New York, New York. Such disputes will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (https://www.adr.org/), 335 Madison Avenue, 10th floor, New York, New York 10017-4605, (800) 778-7879, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
