If the AICPA cannot ship your complete order, the AICPA will ship all available products and backorder the balance. If the product you wish to order is on backorder, you will be notified on your invoice or by e-mail, phone or mail within seven business days of receipt of your order. Shipments will be made as soon as backordered products are available and in stock. Section Membership Cancellations/Refunds
You may cancel any membership section(s) at any time to receive a prorated refund.
Full refunds may be issued for subscriptions within 30 days of purchase date. No refunds will be issued for CPExpress, CPE Direct or Annual Webcast Pass if there is a CPE certificate of completion.
You may cancel without penalty if written cancellation requests are received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event. Refunds, less 50% administrative fee, will be issued if cancellation requests are received up to a day prior to Web Event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received during the Web Event or after the Web Event completion. For Webcast Pass, please refer to the subscriptions policy. Bookstore Return Authorizations
Bookstores have up to six months to return up to 20% of any products received on the most recent invoice, provided they are in good condition. University bookstores may receive a full refund on a return if the course for which the books were ordered is canceled. Bookstores must return items at their own expense. Please contact the AICPA Service Center at 888-777-7077 or send an e-mail to email@example.com for return authorization to ensure that the quantity returned does not exceed allowable limits.
GSA Schedule Contract
The AICPA is a GSA Schedule Contract holder. You can cut through the red tape and quickly and easily order AICPA products following the guidelines of FAR 8.4. Greater ease of ordering through GSA Advantage! (GSA’s online ordering system) and Blanket Purchase Agreements will help satisfy your needs quickly and in a timely manner.
The GSA schedule contract is available for use by executive departments of the federal government and other federal agencies and organizations under authority of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended. AICPA Product Replacement Policy
AICPA will gladly replace any damaged products free of charge within a reasonable amount of time. AICPA reserves the right to establish the definition of reasonableness depending on the product and its availability, and elapsed time of request from the original order date. Resolution of Disputes
Transactions at this site are covered by binding arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site that cannot be settled to your satisfaction by our member satisfaction team shall be settled by arbitration in New York, New York. Such disputes will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (https://www.adr.org/), 335 Madison Avenue, 10th floor, New York, New York 10017-4605, (800) 778-7879, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
