The AICPA offers an unconditional 100% refund on the purchase of an individual or firm subscription provided the subscription is canceled within the first 30 days. There will be no refunds offered on canceled subscriptions after 30 days from the purchase date.

Accessing an Individual Subscription
It's easy to access your subscription. At the top of this page, click on "My Subscriptions". You’ll arrive at a page entitled "My Account", containing a list of links to products you've subscribed to. Click on "My Online Publications", then click the title you want and you're in!

Accessing a Multi-User Subscription
The Access Control Administrator (ACA) can access the subscription immediately after purchase. Follow the steps listed in the Accessing an Individual Subscription paragraph above.

Subsequent users of the multi-user subscription will initially be required to click through the company's URL (supplied to the ACA after the multi-user subscription purchase is processed). After the initial click-through, all multi-user subscription users can gain access to the product by following the steps outlined above.

Please note: A single-user subscription will not offer the benefits of multi-user access. It is intended to be accessed and used by one individual (the purchaser). To obtain the benefits of a multi-user subscription, a minimum purchase of two users is required.

Administering a Multi-User Subscription
The Access Control Administrator (ACA) is the purchaser of the multi-user subscription. After the purchase is transacted, an e-mail - containing the company's unique URL - will be sent to the ACA. The ACA should then distribute this URL.

Along with the multi-user subscription, the ACA receives access to the ACA Administration Page (Click on My Account, click on ACA Administration Page). The ACA can view and monitor the company's subscription activity from this area. All of the users of the multi-user subscription will be listed under the Users That Have Firm Access. Here is where the ACA can adjust access control for the subscribers.

Upgrading your Current Subscription
To upgrade your current subscription, please call the AICPA Service Center at 888-777-7077. A new 1-year subscription will be issued and credit from the unused portion of your current subscription will be applied to your new subscription. Currently, upgrades cannot be purchased through the website CPA2Biz.com.

Renewing Your Subscription
You can renew your current subscription at any time by calling the AICPA Service Center at 888-777-7077 or by purchasing a subscription from CPA2Biz.com. The new subscription term will begin immediately after your current subscription expires.

Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling the AICPA Service Center at 888-777-7077 or by sending e-mail to service@aicpa.org. There will be no refunds offered on canceled subscriptions after 30 days from the purchase date. Please see Money-Back Guarantee above.
