The Intacct Accountants Program provides substantial discounts and services for AICPA members in firms that adopt Intacct Accountant Edition, the award-winning cloud accounting platform that helps CPAs work more collaboratively with clients to make better and more forward-looking business decisions.
Under the new pricing options, firms will now be able to join the Intacct Accountants Program from CPA2Biz for as little as $1,500 a year. The program includes thousands of dollars worth of benefits including special discounted-per-client pricing for Intacct Accountant Edition, free classroom and web-based training, dedicated partner technical support, plus implementation, sales and marketing assistance. AICPA member firms that join the program further receive free internal use of Intacct.
CPA2Biz and Intacct are introducing new program pricing tiers to better fit the needs of firms of varying sizes, from sole proprietorships to national firms with thousands of employees and multiple offices. To date, more than 100 accounting firms have already enrolled in the Intacct Accountants Program.
“The initial program pricing tier is set-up to give smaller firms a runway to build up their client accounting services practice area. For a small fee, the firm receives thousands of dollars worth of valuable services designed to help them get up and running quickly,” said Michael Cerami, CPA2Biz vice president of corporate alliances. “As their client accounting practice grows and they need to add more practitioner users, they can transition to a higher tier that includes even more benefits.”
Intacct Accountant Edition, a component of the Intacct Accountants Program, is a cloud-based accounting system designed specifically for CPA firms and their clients with applications for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, order entry, purchasing, employee expenses, financial reporting, analytics and dashboards. A CPA-directed console enables comprehensive practice and client portfolio management, allowing practice managers to access financial information easily and securely for all of their clients from a single login and centralized dashboard. Intacct Accountant Edition is integrated with applications CPA firms need to run their client accounting services practices, including Bill.com for bill payment automation, plus leading applications for payroll, income tax, sales and use tax and document management.
“With a single online system, CPAs can serve business clients of varying sizes, in different industries and across geographies, delivering everything from financial statement preparation to outsourced accounting and CFO services,” said Daniel Druker, Intacct senior vice president of marketing.
Druker also noted that cloud accounting increases firm productivity and profitability by significantly reducing travel and giving CPAs the flexibility to work with clients outside their immediate geography and staffing remotely with substantially lower information technology costs.
Firms can standardize their information technology, provide improved insight into client operations, increase value-added consultative billing hours, and strengthen relationships with their clients by adopting Intacct Accountant Edition.
“Cloud computing” refers to the ways in which technology companies offer computing services via the Web from remote data centers. According to one estimate, the broader U.S. market for cloud-based services will grow to $150 billion over the next four years, 325 times what it was last year.
