Add to Address Book Email Instructions

To ensure you receive all of our emails, add our email address to your address book or trusted sender list.

If the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you use to receive your emails is not listed below, you will need to designate us as a trusted sender. This is typically accomplished by adding our From address (i.e. AICPA_Products@e.cpa2biz.com) to your address book, contact list or safe list.

Please click on your ISP below and follow the directions.

AOL  |  Gmail  |  Yahoo!  |  Outlook

  • AOL

    1. Open the email, hover your mouse over the From address and a toolbar will appear.
    2. Click ‘Add Contact’ in the toolbar.
    3. Update the contact information and Click ‘Add Contact’
    4. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the sender has been added to your contacts.

    1. Open the email, Click the ‘More Options’ menu.
    2. Select ‘Add AICPA to Contacts List’ in the menu.
    3. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the sender has been added to your contacts.

    1. Open the email, Click the ‘+’ next to the From address.
    2. On the Add to Contacts page, enter any additional fields, and Click ’Save.’
    3. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the sender has been added to your contacts.

  • Outlook

    1. Open the email, right-click the name (AICPA Products) of the sender in the From field, and Click ‘Add to Outlook Contacts.’
    2. A new contact card will open with the sender's name and e-mail address filled in.
      Enter any additional fields (not required), and Click ’Save and Close.’
    3. To help you get your emails faster, go to your Outlook Inbox and highlight an email from AICPA.
    4. In the menu bar, Click ‘Junk’ and select ‘Never Block Sender’s Domain (@example).’
