To Enter: Write and post an approved review for any AICPA publication or CPE product you have recently used. Or, if you haven’t read or used an AICPA publication or CPE product, simply provide your name, address, daytime telephone number, and email address on a blank sheet of paper with the words “Customer Reviews” at the top and mail it to the address provided below. Entries will not be accepted after 1/31/2010 at 11:59 pm. Only one entry per eligible person per product review. 2. Eligibility: Open to all persons 18 years or older as of 11/1/2009 and legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia are eligible to participate. Employees of the AICPA and CPA2Biz, Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate families, are ineligible. 3. Drawing will be held on or about 1/31/2010. 4. Odds: Estimated odds are based on the actual number of entries posted each month minus any prior winning entries. For example, if there are 100 valid entries, the odds of winning are 1:100. Actual odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. 5. Prize: The prize is one Apple iPod™ touch; 8GB model. The estimated retail value of the prize is $199.00. 6. Prize Notification: The winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the drawing date via email or the address provided if on file. The winner’s iPod touch will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the winner’s CPA2Biz online account, or to the address provided on the winner’s business card or entry form. 7. Applicable Law: The quarterly drawings and the awarding of the prizes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 8.
