Overview

Once you’ve built a strong practice, it’s important to consider who your future leaders will be and whether they are equipped to provide continuing strong management and ensure ongoing success.  This unique, two-day Emerging Partner Training Forum offers hands-on training and insights from nationally recognized consultants and successful firm leaders.  Forum participants will leave this program with a better understanding of what is expected of firm leaders and a stronger sense of how to meet and exceed those expectations.  In addition, PCPS members not only enjoy a registration discount but will also receive bi-monthly support calls from the AICPA PCPS.
