Overview

The Emerging Partner Training Forum I addresses the issues and skills emerging practice leaders need to ensure your firm’s continued success and prepare your young leaders for tomorrow.  Consultants and successful firm leaders will provide practical examples and insights regarding the responsibilities and skills needed for firm leadership and share best practices you can instantly apply.  There will be plenty of networking opportunities throughout the forum.
