Alan Stone

Jeff Litvak, CPA/CFF, ABV, ASA, is a senior managing director in the FTI Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Chicago. He specializes in accounting and valuation matters, assessment of economic damages, and analysis of lost profits and unity of interest/separateness matters. He has extensive experience with intellectual property cases and post-acquisition disputes and co-chairs the AICPA’s M&A Dispute Resolution Task Force.

Alan Stone is a partner in the litigation department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and business litigation, including proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, consent solicitations, complex valuation disputes and “interested party” transactions. In addition, he advises corporate boards of directors and special committees with respect to transactional and litigation issues. He also is a member of the AICPA’s M&A Dispute Resolution Task Force.
