This session will address the role of the practitioner; the types of situations in which practitioners are called upon to assist; and theoretical issues and concepts, including damage-analysis techniques, approaches and methodologies, applicable professional standards and relevant legal principles. At the conclusion of the session, attendees will have a foundation on which to build an economic damages practice.
