In today’s global economy, competitive advantage is increasingly a function of the ability to move raw materials, components and finished goods through an entire supply chain into the hands of your customers rather than simply manufacturing efficiency. Successful management of supply chain relationships and risks is critical to success, and indeed survival especially in difficult business conditions. There is not however a “one size fits all” supply chain solution – strategies and tactics vary from company to company, and even within companies, depending on the product.
Participants in this audio webcast will gain practical knowledge about managing the risks, and reaping the rewards, of supply chain relationships using a 7-step Supply Chain Management Model. You will learn how to:
Take advantage of this opportunity to benefit from the diverse experience of two leading financial executives whose subject matter expertise comes from the “front-line” of day-to-day supply chain responsibility.
