Password Reset Process
CPA2Biz passwords are 6-12 characters long. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one. Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Sign In page. You will be prompted to enter your user name and answer a security question. Your new password will be reset when you enter and confirm it, in real time.

If your entries do not match our records, or if you have registered more than one account to the same email address, you will not be able to use our automated retrieval process. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Registration is not required – in fact, many products in our store may be purchased via Guest Checkout by users who have not registered. However, if you wish to buy an online subscription, webcast, downloadable product, or certain other types of products, registration is required.

AICPA members receive substantial discounts on many products in the AICPA Store, so be sure to enter your member number when registering. You can find your AICPA Member Number by looking at the mailing label on a recent issue of the Journal of Accountancy magazine. Your membership number is the last 8 digits in the first line on the label, right above your name. Your membership number is also listed at the top of your dues bill.

Do you already have an AICPA.org username and password? If so, you should be able to
sign in to CPA2Biz with that same account. If you have trouble, please contact customer service.
